Battery Backup Sump Pumps

It only takes 1/4″ of standing water to ruin everything in your basement. If your power goes out, your primary sump pump goes out with it – and water damage can occur quickly. For added protection and peace of mind, we recommend installing a battery backup sump pump system.

You should know that the pumping capacity is overall the most important issue with backup sump pumps. While most backup systems don’t have the pumping capacity to really protect, the Pro Series does. A backup sump pump should have the same pumping capacity as the main pump or it can’t really do you any good in the event that it’s needed.

PHCC Pro Series battery backup sump pumps have a unique monitoring system that sound an alarm when maintenance is needed or when a problem arises. This means you’ll know about it BEFORE the battery dies, if a cable is loose, or the pump is clogged. After all, what good is a backup if it’s not in working order?
