"I wanted to let you know how great of a job Chris and Shane did installing the Radon mitigation system in our house on Golf Dr. in Alaska, WI yesterday. They arrived on time and they were polite and professional. They got straight to work and they did an absolutely fantastic job. They also listened to my feedback and together I think we came up with a very good configuration. It really is a nice setup. I should take some pictures and send them to you. I was also very impressed that they did not give up until they found that drain tile. Their installation was neat and clean and I could not be any happier with the job they did. Whatever you are paying them is not enough. Give those boys a raise. They were both very patient with any questions I had and Chris thoroughly explained everything to me from how the system works to the installation guidelines they have to follow. He also went over the invoice with me and made sure I understood everything.


Due to some problems with the electrical system in the house, I decided to wait and have my electrician setup the power for the system, but Chris and Shane tested the fan and the pump to ensure they were working properly. My electrician stopped by yesterday morning and met with Chris and Shane and they explained to him what was required. Also, it was too bad the ground was so hard because they were prevented from digging up the drain tile and installing the back-flow piece. But, at least Shane found the drain tile and I can dig it up when it is warmer and install the part myself. They both went over that with me and I understand what needs to be done. As soon as that is done, we will set up the home test kit they left with me. Thanks." ~ Justin Temme
